At Nexus, our open-plan treatment rooms are designed to keep you involved and reassured at every stage of care. You’re not left waiting behind closed doors – you’re part of the process, close enough to see, hear, and support.
When a pet arrives unwell or needs urgent care, our team is ready to respond within moments. You’re often encouraged to stay close, offering reassurance and calm. This openness supports steadier care and gives you confidence in every decision.
With an entirely open treatment floor, some glass dividers, clear communication, and visible care, you’ll always understand what’s happening and why. Digital treatment records update in real time, so you and our team stay informed and aligned. At many clinics, pet parents are kept at arm’s length. Here, you’re part of the team caring for your pet.
Every second counts in an emergency, and these rooms are built for it.
Positioned at the centre of our facility, they connect seamlessly with ICU, triage, diagnostics and pharmacy, so care begins without delay and continues without interruption.
From the moment you arrive, a medically trained team member assesses your pet and guides them to the right space. Inside, our staff work in close coordination with shared visibility, streamlined workflows, and everything they need within reach, including on-site medication ready before discharge.
The rooms are spacious, clutter-free and intuitively designed to minimise movement and maximise focus, supporting controlled, responsive care when it matters most.
Are you worried about how your pet will cope or how you will? These rooms reflect what we value most: compassionate care, emotional support, and clinical excellence.
Whether your pet needs stabilisation, close monitoring, or more complex treatment, this space is designed for their safety and your peace of mind.
Every element has been considered. Acoustic treatments soften sound. Lighting and airflow are gentle and soothing. Private patient housing features soft bedding, acrylic-fronted enclosures (not bars), and cage placements that reduce visual stress. We use pheromones, active warming, and comfort-focused monitoring to help patients feel as comfortable and secure as possible.
You’re welcome to stay close or take a quiet break in our nearby family lounge. and for particularly sensitive moments, a private grieving room offers the time and space you need.
These rooms were designed to deliver high-level veterinary care while nurturing the human–animal bond. From layout to equipment to the people who work here, every detail is here to support your pet’s recovery and to care for you, too.
Dr Gosliga, THANK YOU for your tender care. My 14 year old rescue, Maya, had suddenly become very ill and the diagnosis was sepsis leading to organ failure. You discussed the treatment options in a compassionate way. We agreed on supportive care to improve her comfort, and then taking her to familiar surroundings for euthanasia at home. We miss Maya so much, but the quality of her last hours were in no small part due to your quick willingness to lend what helpful support you could.
