Our diagnostics are designed for urgent care. We begin gathering the insights needed to guide treatment from the moment you arrive. Our in-house capabilities include complete blood counts, biochemistry, cytology, blood gases, ECG, glucose monitoring, & more. Many have results in minutes, most within the hour.
Need an X-ray? There’s no wait & no stressful transfer. We bring our mobile Rover Plus radiology unit directly to your pet. Imaging is instant, interpretation is fast, & if a second opinion is needed, results are shared with a specialist within the hour.
We’re proud to be the first veterinary emergency hospital in Australia using the Rover Plus by Micro-X – a cutting-edge mobile radiology system designed for bedside imaging with minimal radiation scatter. Dr Gosliga, THANK YOU for your tender care. My 14 year old rescue, Maya, had suddenly become very ill and the diagnosis was sepsis leading to organ failure. You discussed the treatment options in a compassionate way. We agreed on supportive care to improve her comfort, and then taking her to familiar surroundings for euthanasia at home. We miss Maya so much, but the quality of her last hours were in no small part due to your quick willingness to lend what helpful support you could.
