Welcome to Nexus, a place that understands how powerless pet owners can feel during urgent and emergency situations. Too often, pets are taken away without explanation, leaving their families anxious, confused and in the dark, only to face an unexpected bill later. It doesn’t feel right, because it isn’t.

That’s why we created Nexus. We believe in honesty, transparency and keeping you connected to your pet’s care. The connection between pets, their people, and the veterinary team is essential, and that’s what the name Nexus represents.

When your pet is being examined, you’re there. During non-operative treatment, you’re still there. And if they need to stay overnight, you’re welcome to stay too and even order in some food. We also have a dedicated family lounge for humans who need a little reprieve.

Can I stay with my pet during treatment or overnight at Nexus?

Yes! Our facility is designed so you can be with your pet throughout their care. You are welcome to remain by your pet’s side during examinations and any non-operative treatments to comfort them. If your pet needs to stay in the facility overnight, you can stay overnight too. We even provide a family lounge where you can rest, take a break, or grab something to eat while staying close to your pet.
