Nexus does not have in-house specialists, however, we provide specialist-level care through telemedicine and external referrals. Our telemedicine service gives access to certain specialists 24/7, minimising delays and often removing the need for a referral, so your pet can still receive expert care without transfers or added costs.
We make sure your pet’s care continues smoothly. Once they’re stable, we help coordinate any follow-up treatment they need, so you’re not left figuring out what comes next on your own.

Our emergency team handles many complex cases, but some situations need specialist care. When that happens, we have a trusted network of experts across different areas of veterinary medicine to ensure your pet gets the best treatment possible.

Dr Gosliga, THANK YOU for your tender care. My 14 year old rescue, Maya, had suddenly become very ill and the diagnosis was sepsis leading to organ failure. You discussed the treatment options in a compassionate way. We agreed on supportive care to improve her comfort, and then taking her to familiar surroundings for euthanasia at home.
