Dustin Fromm — B.Ed. (Junior Primary & Primary)

With a background in education and a passion for people, Dustin Fromm brings a rare blend of empathy, structure and leadership to the world of veterinary emergency care.

He co-founded Nexus alongside emergency vet Dr Jaclyn Gosliga, and together, they continue to build a practice grounded in clarity, care and meaningful connection.

Driven by a shared belief that Adelaide deserved a dedicated 24/7 emergency facility, Dustin helped shape a business model where pet owners stay with their pets, communication never falters, and the whole experience feels supportive from start to finish.

Clarity, compassion & team culture

Dustin now leads operations and culture with the same clear, human-centred approach that inspired Nexus from day one, helping shape a facility model where people and pets are truly supported. He believes a great emergency vet team is built on selflessness and empathy: qualities that foster trust, collaboration, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Outside of work, Dustin recharges with music and live gigs, snowboarding, the gym, travel and anything involving his son, who inspires him daily to lead with heart and purpose.
